 Is my credit card secure?

How quickly will my order be processed? 
All domestic orders received prior to 9:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, are processed within 24 - 48 hours. We can not guarantee all orders processed that quickly during our holiday seasons.  Standard US delivery takes approximately 3-7 business days after order processing. Express delivery is available for an additional charge.
 
How do I cancel or change my order?
If you must change or cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement, it will not always be possible to make changes.
 
What are your shipping options?
Currently, we offer USPS ground shipping for all orders in the United States. For rush orders, and expedited form of USPS will be used. The exact shipping amount will appear on the checkout page before you checkout.
 
When does Buttercups Boutique charge sales tax?
Buttercups Boutique is required by law to charge sales tax in New York, which is where it has a physical presence. Only Orders in NY will be charged appropriate tax.
 
How do I check the status of my order?
Your order status will be available immediately after your order has been placed, by simply clicking on the "My Account" link at the top bar of our site. You will need to login to your account where you can find your order status available.
