ORDER CANCELLATIONS POLICY ~ Please note, you may not cancel your order after we close for business that day. Orders are processed manually right away. Cancelled pre-orders will be charged 15% cancellation fee. Thank you for understanding!
RETURNS ~ Your satisfaction is VERY important to us, therefore we would like to minimize returns as much as possible. Please email us for measurements or sizing before ordering if you are not sure of the size.
We will accept exchanges and returns within 14 days from receipt of purchase for store credit only. Excluding Special Orders, Personalized items, Swimwear and FINAL SALE items. Items discounted by 30% or more are considered Final Sale. Holiday Apparel will not be accepted for returns 10 days before and at any time after the Holidays.
Purchases may be returned within 14 days from receipt of purchase. Items must be unworn, in original condition with original tags for store credit, less shipping charges.
Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with your return. Please circle the items that you are returning, and note whether you would like an exchange or store credit. We can not accept returns of incomplete sets. Sales become final 14 days after you receive the order.
Please contact us prior to returning or exchanging items so that we may give you our shipping address and a return authorization number. Any packages that arrive without an return authorization number will be refused.
When shipping your items back to us, we highly reccomend using a method of shipping which can be tracked (UPS, FedEx, USPS delivery confirmation). We can not guarantee receipt of packages unless they have been tracked.
EXCHANGES ~ Exchanges may be made within 14 days upon receipt of the original order provided we have the desired item(s) in stock. Exchanges are processed within 14 days of our receipt of the item(s). Please include on your packing slip the item(s) you wish to receive in exchange for the items you are returning. If the item you have requested in your exchange is no longer available a store credit will be issued and the information will be emailed to the email address on file for the original order.
